so I’ve had a swell fucking time making up stories about daily life on the Finalizer, but my favorite highlights have to be:

• various imperial good luck charms/ actions that hux has to explain at 2 am while drunk on wine 
  

• The Secret Finalizer Black Market™
  

• there’s one stormtrooper who has access to literally anything you might want or need; kylo meets them for the first time in the middle of the night cycle, just to get corellian wine and chocolates
  

• Officer Drama™ kylo wants no part in but has to be a part of
  

• the ship is not a battlecruiser, she is a star destroyer, we don’t care if we’re wrong shut up 
  

• every single weird nickname the lower ranks have for the upper ranks 
  

• every single weird nickname people just have for each other
  

• each nickname requires at least 5 minutes of explanation by the person
  

• first names…..unspeakable, do not address me as such, etc 
  

• kylo enrolling in a FO Approved Fitness Class, thinking it’ll be a piece of cake but then thoroughly getting his ass kicked by imperial ballet 
  

• the on-duty/off-duty dichotomy 
  

• kylo going maskless just to hear the juiciest drama about himself  
  

• kylo going maskless just to gossip about hux 
  

• the shittiest memes that confuse the hell out of kylo but make hux almost piss himself laughing
  

• one such meme being incredibly zoomed in pictures of hux doing various facial expressions, all presented in a comm chain with no explanation 
  

• (hux does not find this one funny, but kylo cries laughing) 
  

• daily life aboard the Finalizer must be fucking wild
  

Totally all of this. It’s the Navy, there’s going to be wild Navy bollocks going on. And the black market might as well be canon as far as I’m concerned.

now the only thing left to address is how much beef the FO Navy and FO Army have with each other lmao
